C4: Short-Term Joint Staff Training Event
The staff training was hosted by University Carlo IIII on 4, 5, 6 April and was addressed to the selected teachers of each partner university involved in the video recording.
Under the mentoring of digital learning experts from University of Antwerp, the training focused on integrating different digital tools for encouraging student-centred and project-based learning.
Under the supervision of Universidad Carlos III experts, the approach to structuring digital classes has been revised to define best practices that can be applied to the remaining part of the programme.
The three-day training ended with a wrap-up session on the opportunities as well as the constraints of the BUDS project approach towards teaching digital transformation, considering that the final section is the most interactive and challenging, as it aims to include not only a well-defined management tool but also the soft skills digital consultants are deploying.
