Universidade Nova de Lisboa  will participate in the project through Nova Information Management School (NOVA IMS), its academic unit whose mission is to create leaders able to work in a global and competitive environment, combining innovative research in information management with a creative and stimulating teaching environment in order to generate and disseminate knowledge into the global society. Nova IMS is accredited as a member of the iSchools organisation, since March 2003, and it was the first institution in the Iberian Peninsula to get this recognition. Nova IMS has the 1st Bachelor Degree in Europe accredited in Information  Systems by ABET, a North American accreditation agency, recognised as the worldwide leader in assuring quality and stimulating innovation in applied science, computing, engineering, and engineering technologies. NOVA IMS has been consolidating its position as a leading school in the area of Information Management.
